Puppy Basics
Obedience

Puppy Basics

For dogs less than 6 months of age. Helping you answer questions about which food to feed, how to potty train effectively, how to stop biting, etc. Includes basic skills, building training foundation, and proper socialization techniques.

Preventing problems before they start and learning to communicate with your dog from a young age has positive effects that last a lifetime. 

Standard Obedience

For dogs of any age, this is a cheaper option for those not quite ready for more complicated techniques.

 Perfecting sit, down, stay, leash manners, handler engagement, how to greet others, and more.

This also includes addressing common household concerns such as counter surfing, stealing items, etc.

AKC

Advanced Obedience

For dogs already completed in standard obedience. Gives dog owners the skills to include them on pet-friendly adventures such as camping, breweries, and

farmer's markets.

Involves ignoring food/other dogs, desensitizing to crowded environments, and more.

Work together in public settings with real-time suggestions on how to better manage your dog while still having fun!

Canine Good Citizen

American Kennel Club standard for solid dog behavior.

Offering CGC, CGC Advanced, and CGC Urban. Available as training or simply the test to all American Kennel Club members.

Our AKC Certified Evaluator will score the performance of the dog and handler's etiquette and provide ribbons.

Behavior Modification*

Providing confidence-building, trust-building, engagement, and communication between dog and owner.

 

Our method involves training your dog to make more productive choices without suppressing their big emotions.

 

We'll help find the source of your dog's issues while also creating tailored treatment plans to reduce problem behaviors over time for long-term results.

*Currently limited to anxiety and reactivity-related issues. No human/dog aggression, bite-risks, or bite-history is accepted.

Service Dog Training*

Currently limited to psychiatric and mobility-related disabilities.

We'll help find a dog or assess the one currently owned.

When training from basic obedience all the way to tasking and public access, we're here to help you every step of the way.

*Service dog training will not be provided to those without disabilities or who wish to train a dog that does not physically or mentally meet the requirements for service work. All training must be compliant with ADA regulations.
